Not at all.You do not need to be in shape to start training. Everyone starts somewhere, and i will meet you where you are and guide you step by step.


No problem. Workouts are adjusted to your needs so you can train safely while still making progress. I have worked and still working with clients who have past injuries and physical limitations.


Competing for 10 straight years while training clients at same time was a mental and physical goal i set for myself. After achieving it, my focus is fully on personal training and helping clients reach their goals. The bodybuilding photos and awards are part of my journey to show the level of discipline, sacrifice, setbacks, consistency and the work it takes to stay committed over time-not just physique. I use that same mindset including my personal training certifications and courses with my clients today.


We keep it simple. I will go over your goals, assess your movement and fitness level. From there we start building a plan that actually fits you-not a generic program.


Yes. Corrective exercises, stretching and strength training can help improve posture by strengthening weak muscles, improving stability. Many people notice better posture, reduced stiffness as they build  strength.
